Reservation (Booking) and paying
The customer will be sent a booking confirmation in which there are i.a. the things agreed on in connection with the booking, driving instructions to Norppa-Majat and the information for paying the rent. This information can also be sent via email.
The booking has been confirmed when the customer has paid the advance by the due date, or he has paid both the advance and the final payment at once. If the booking is done later than 4 weeks before the beginning of the holiday, the advance payment is not collected separately. The final payment takes place 4 weeks before the beginning of the holiday at the latest.
If the advance or final payment hasn’t been paid by the due date, Norppa-Majat has the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation or changing the booking
The cancellation must always be done in writing (email). The cancellation has taken place at that moment when Norppa-Majat has received the information about the cancellation. The paid advance will be deducted In case of the booking cancellation. If the booking cancellation takes place later than 4 weeks before the beginning of the holiday, the whole price of the holiday will be charged.
