Enjoy Lake Saimaa
Paddling or SUP-boarding on a beautiful summer day is worth to experience. Or would you like to wander in the forest with snowshoes or try gross-country skiing in Norppa-Maja’s own skiing route. You can take a break in kota and enjoy a cup of coffee for example. Check out our rental equipment.
Fishing at Lake Saimaa
Lake Saimaa is rich in fish and offers magnificent scenery and great opportunities for fishing. Here you can enjoy rod fishing, spinning, trolling, and ice fishing in winter. Ask Norppa-Majat about fishing licences.
Wander in the Forests
Norppa-Majat has its own 3 km nature trail, offering beautiful scenery in fairly easy terrain. Pick berries and mushrooms, make a bonfire, and enjoy a picnic in the forest. There are also plenty of forest roads for mountain biking.
Boat Trips on Lake Saimaa
Norppa-Majat arranges boat trips on Lake Saimaa. Especially in late May and early June, you may have the chance to spot the Saimaa ringed seal. Check out our excursions.
