The holiday villa/ summer cottage is available for the customer from the arrival day starting at 16.00/ at 4 pm until 12 am on the check-out day, if not otherwise agreed with Norppa-Majat.

The handover of the keys

In connection with the booking confirmation,, or few days before reservations begins customer gets the specifics about the key handover. Norppa-Majat should be informed about the estimated arrival time.

The number of the accommodated in the holiday villa/summer cottage

The holiday villa/summer cottage must not be used by more persons than mentioned in the general information (sleeps x). The use of a tent, caravan or mobile home is forbidden on the area without the permission from Norppa-Majat.

Pets

Bringing of pets to the holiday villas/summer cottages is forbidden unless it is mentioned in the general information or separately agreed with Norppa-Majat. ary Content

Included in the price of holiday villa/summer cottages

The price includes the use of the holiday villa/summer cottage, sauna and rowing boat free of charge as well as the equipment and services mentioned in the general information. There is always the necessary furniture, detergents, cutlery and the utensils needed for cooking. The wood and electricity needed for heating are included in the price. Not included in the price of the holiday villa/summer cottage Final cleaning, washing powder, spices, toilet paper or kitchen paper are not included in the price.ntent

The use of machines and devices

Norppa-Majat gives if needed instructions for the use of machines and devices. There are also instructions for the use of machines and devices in the holiday villas/summer cottages file.

The use of devices and equipment reserved as ancillary service

Additional services and equipment mentioned in the information of the holiday villa/summer cottage can be booked in connection with the reservation. Or you may also ask about availability of those during the holiday.

Linen

The customer brings own linen or reserves those as an additional service from Norppa-Majat. The linen set includes a sheet, pillow case, blanket cover, hand towel and bath towel. The use of beds without linen is forbidden.

Cleaning

The guest is responsible for cleaning the rental property during and at the end of the rental period, or may book final cleaning as a paid additional service (must be booked at least 2 days before the end of the rental period). If proper cleaning has not been carried out at the end of the booking, Norppa-Majat reserves the right to charge at least the cleaning fee according to the price list. If final cleaning is not ordered, the tenant must complete the following tasks: – shaking out rugs – vacuuming and mopping floors – removing linens from bedding – washing dishes and returning them to their proper places – wiping kitchen counters, stove, and tables – cleaning the toilet bowl – taking rubbish to the designated area – cleaning the fireplace

Damages

The customer is responsible for making good the damage caused to the holiday villa/summer cottage or its property. Please inform if something gets broken.

Complaints

All the complaints related to the holiday villa have to be presented to Norppa-Majat without delay. If the matter cannot be fixed right away, the reclamation must be done in writing. The liability for compensation is limited to no more than the amount of the holiday villa/summer cottage rent. Please make sure that your own travel insurance is in order. Thank You!
